For many adults, the most honest bottom line is simple. Coffee bone density concerns are often overstated when coffee is consumed in moderation and overall nutrition is solid. Risk becomes more plausible when high caffeine intake overlaps with low calcium intake, low vitamin D status, or existing osteoporosis risk. Keep the message balanced. Do not create false reassurance, but do not create unnecessary fear either.
